We want to connect people committed to daily spiritual shelter.
There’s more to offering shelter than just a roof overhead. Shelter can be listening when someone needs to share their heart. It’s a warm meal shared at your table. A kind word, a prayer, or just being present when someone feels alone.

The place we wanted didn’t exist. So we built it.
Some of us wanted a place where people could go for interactivity and encouragement to take the risks required to build community. In a way that teaches us about what shelter truly means. We couldn’t find a place out there. So we built one. We hope you like it and would love to have you with us.

Hope for our communities is too important to forget
All social media (and if you listen to any news source) is elevating the individual as king and that everything is falling apart.
We feel it too.
Sometimes it’s difficult to know when and how to provide the shelter that we know our different friend groups want and need.
That’s why we created Stories of Shelter
Together let’s build positive solutions
- Modern communities sometimes feel hopeless. Let’s build ideas that make them vibrant and engaging.
- How can we learn about and get to know our co-workers and social partners better?
- What can we do to upgrade our interactions with genuine connection rather than just being busy?
- In general it is said that women are tired and men are bored. How can we pole-vault ourselves out of drudgery?
- Let’s encourage one another with excited, purposeful hope to move us forward to where we know we want to go!
